Targetive Affiliate Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
These Targetive Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Targetive Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Targetive Affiliate Program (the "Program"), which is operated by Elevion Global LLC ("Elevion Global," "we," "us," or "our).
By applying to, joining, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Targetive Affiliate Terms, the ElevionGlobal Partner Program Terms & Conditions, and the applicable policies referenced in those terms.
If there is a conflict between these Targetive Affiliate Terms and the general ElevionGlobal Partner Program Terms & Conditions, the Program-specific terms in this document will control with respect to the Targetive Affiliate Program.
1. Program Operator
The Targetive Affiliate Program is operated by:
Elevion Global LLC
30 N Gould St #58133
Sheridan, WY 82801
United States
Targetive and Targetive Technologies are brands and products operated by Elevion Global LLC. Participation in the Targetive Affiliate Program does not create a separate legal relationship with Targetive Technologies as an independent legal entity.
For Program-related questions, contact:
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Targetive Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old;
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Maintain an active Partner account where required;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- Comply with these Targetive Affiliate Terms and the applicable ElevionGlobal Partner Program policies.
The Program may be available to individuals located in different countries, subject to applicable law, sanctions restrictions, payment availability, and our ability to legally provide the Program in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Acceptance Into the Program
Applying to the Program does not guarantee acceptance.
We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a Partner's participation at our discretion where permitted by law.
You may not represent that you have been approved or authorized to promote Targetive before your application has been accepted.
4. Your Affiliate Relationship With Targetive
If accepted into the Program, you may promote Targetive using approved referral links, promotional methods, and materials.
You are an independent Partner and not an employee, agent, franchisee, representative, or legal representative of Elevion Global.
You may not:
- Represent that you work for Elevion Global or Targetive;
- Enter into contracts on our behalf;
- Make commitments or guarantees on our behalf;
- Misrepresent your relationship with us;
- Use our relationship to create the appearance that you have authority to bind us.
5. Targetive Affiliate Commission
The current commission rate for qualifying Targetive referrals is:
20% recurring commission.
A qualifying commission is calculated from Qualifying Revenue actually paid by an eligible referred customer.
5.1 Qualifying Revenue
For purposes of the Program, "Qualifying Revenue" means subscription revenue actually paid by the referred customer, excluding:
- Taxes;
- Refunds;
- Credits;
- Chargebacks;
- Reversed transactions;
- Other amounts that do not represent retained subscription revenue.
Payment-processing fees paid by Elevion Global, including fees charged by payment processors such as Stripe, do not reduce the commission base.
For example, if a customer pays $50 and Elevion Global pays $1.50 in payment-processing fees, the commission is still calculated as 20% of $50, resulting in a $10 commission.
6. Discounts and Coupons
If a customer receives a discount or coupon, the commission is calculated using the amount actually paid by the customer.
For example:
- Subscription price: $100
- Customer discount: $20
- Amount actually paid: $80
- Affiliate commission: 20% of $80 = $16
7. Free Trials
A free trial or other transaction where the customer pays $0 does not generate a commission.
Commission eligibility begins when the customer completes a qualifying paid transaction.
8. Annual Subscriptions
For an annual subscription, commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually paid.
For example, if an eligible customer pays $1,000 for an annual subscription, the commission is:
20% × $1,000 = $200
Qualifying annual renewal payments may generate additional recurring commissions.
9. Upgrades and Downgrades
If a referred customer upgrades and a qualifying amount is charged, commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually charged.
If a customer downgrades, future recurring commissions are calculated using the qualifying subscription amount applicable after the downgrade takes effect.
10. Referral Attribution
The Program uses a 30-day referral attribution window.
A customer may be attributed to you when the customer completes an eligible purchase within the applicable attribution period after interacting with your eligible referral.
Where multiple eligible Partners refer or interact with the same prospective customer before purchase, the last eligible referral or click will generally receive attribution.
Attribution may be subject to technical limitations, fraud controls, account eligibility, and other Program rules.
11. Existing Customers
A person who is already an existing Targetive customer does not become a commissionable referral merely by clicking an affiliate link.
If an existing customer cancels and later purchases again using the same customer account, the purchase does not create a new commission solely because an affiliate link was used.
If a person later creates a genuinely new customer account and purchases through an eligible Partner referral, the new account may qualify, subject to the Program's normal eligibility and attribution rules.
12. Self-Referrals and Related Transactions
You may not refer yourself or structure transactions primarily for the purpose of generating commissions for yourself.
This includes, without limitation:
- Purchasing Targetive for your own use through your own affiliate link;
- Creating or controlling a customer account for the purpose of earning commissions;
- Referring a company you own or control primarily to generate commissions;
- Arranging artificial purchases or transactions;
- Using another person's account to disguise a self-referral.
We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions associated with prohibited transactions.
13. Commission Holding Period
Each qualifying commission transaction is subject to an individual 30-day holding period.
A commission becomes payable after the applicable 30-day holding period if the transaction has not been refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.
The holding period applies separately to each commission transaction.
14. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Reversals
If a customer receives a refund, credit, chargeback, reversal, or other adjustment affecting a transaction on which you received or were due a commission, the associated commission may be reduced or reversed.
If a commission has already been paid, Elevion Global may offset the amount against future commissions or otherwise recover the amount where permitted by law.
15. Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout threshold is $100.
The $100 threshold is a minimum amount required for a scheduled payout. It is not a maximum commission amount.
For Targetive, eligible payable commissions are included in the applicable ElevionGlobal-owned Program payout calculation where the Programs participate in consolidated payout processing.
If your payable balance is below $100 at the applicable month-end calculation, the balance carries forward.
16. Payout Schedule
Each qualifying commission becomes payable after its individual 30-day holding period.
At the end of each calendar month, Elevion Global calculates your total unpaid Payable Commission balance that is eligible for the applicable payout cycle.
If the balance is $100 or more, the full payable balance is scheduled for payment on the 15th of the following month.
If the balance is below $100, no payout is made and the balance carries forward to a future payout cycle.
Commissions that have not completed their applicable holding period by the relevant month-end cutoff are not included in that payout and may become eligible for a later payout cycle.
Bank processing times may cause funds to arrive after the payment date.
17. Payout Method and Fees
Partner payouts are made by bank transfer, subject to the payout options available to you.
We may make alternative payout methods available from time to time.
Any applicable fees associated with a payout method will be disclosed where appropriate before payment.
Your bank, payment provider, intermediary bank, or currency-conversion provider may separately charge you fees for receiving, converting, withdrawing, or transferring funds.
Those fees are your responsibility.
Payment-processing fees incurred by Elevion Global when a Targetive customer pays for a subscription do not reduce your commission.
18. Taxes
You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to commissions you receive.
We may request tax information or documentation where required by law.
We may withhold amounts where required by applicable law.
19. Permitted Promotion Methods

Your disclosure should be understandable to the audience and should not be hidden in a manner that prevents a reasonable person from understanding your commercial relationship with Targetive.
