You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle. For EU customers, your right to withdraw may be limited once digital services begin.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Targetive LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are in the EU, you may also have recourse under your local consumer protection laws.
