Permitted Use
You may use Targetive to manage and send lawful, relevant, and ethical email communications in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Targetive to:
- Send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful emails
- Use purchased, scraped, harvested, or non-consented contact lists
- Violate anti-spam, privacy, or data protection laws
- Misrepresent sender identity or intent
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform or third-party services
Enforcement
Targetive reserves the right to investigate violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, without refund.
